All shipping costs must be paid for and are non-refundable. Once shipping costs have been paid by Aggie Gifts, or the supplier, the customer must pay these fees.
If you cancel your order prior to Aggie Gifts paying the shipping costs and before the order has been shipped, then these costs should not be incurred by you. You will know once the supplier or Aggie Gifts has paid the shipping costs, as you will receive a tracking number or email correspondance about your order to notify you of the shipping label being printed.
