Paired with white chocolate, Melbourne Bushfoods has used Strawberry Gum to bring a minty taste and berry undertones, coupled with the signature eucalypt flavour that acts as the finishing taste. The white chocolates' usual sweetness, is masked by the Strawberry gums' unique flavours, creating a well balanced treat.

Ingrediants are sourced ethically and sustainably. The Strawberry Gum is procured from the alpine regions of New South Wales.

Due to these chocolates being handmade, they are only made in small batches in Melbourne.
