A signature cocktail created by the talented home bartender Helen from @sheshedcocktails.
"Today I'm using another delicious syrup from Violet and Gold lemon myrtle and ginger, that I've paired with yuzu and a rosemary infused gin. I've topped it off with a spicy ginger beer giving this drink a double whammy of ginger..yummmm! "

The below recipe makes 1 drink.



  1. Add first four ingredients into a shaker along with ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a glass and top with ginger beer.
  3. Garnish with kumquats and rosemary.
  4. Enjoy!
