Tasmanian Pepper and Strawberry Mulled Gin Recipe

A signature cocktail created by the talented home bartender Helen from @sheshedcocktails. "Today I'm using a mulled wine gin which has some incredible flavours including cinnamon, star anise and cloves to name a few. So I naturally wanted to pair it with an amazingly delicious Tasmanian Pepper and Strawberry Syrup from Violet and Gold which was a match made in heaven!"

The below recipe makes 1 drink.

Ingredients

45ml MulledWine Gin @newydistiller
15ml Orange Liqueur
15ml Tasmanian Pepper And Strawberry
Cherry Bitters
Soda Water

Method

Add first four ingredients into a shaker along with ice and shake.
Strain into a glass
Top with soda water.
Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint.
Enjoy!
